Financial difficulty
Help if your repayments are hard to manage
If you're struggling with repayments, reach out early. We can help you work through your options.
If your repayments have become hard to manage, reach out as early as you can. Acting early gives you more options.
Your options
You can contact your lender directly to talk about options such as postponing some repayments, changing your loan term or varying your contract. Lenders assess hardship requests case by case and can offer short-term relief while you get through a difficult period.
You can also contact us. We'll walk you through the process, help with your hardship application and look at longer-term options, such as restructuring or refinancing, if they suit your situation. We can meet in person, talk by phone or by video.
